How to Create an Invoice
Creating an invoice is straightforward and user-friendly.
Enter your business details in the From section.
Add your client information in the To section.

Review the total and download or send your invoice.
The download option becomes available once required information has been entered.
Sending Invoices Online
Invoices can be sent online using supported features. When sent, invoices are stored securely and can be accessed later. This option helps you deliver invoices quickly and allows clients to pay using available payment methods.
Downloading Invoices
You can download your invoice as a PDF file by clicking the Download Invoice option. If changes are needed, you can go back, edit the invoice, and download an updated version.
Downloaded invoices are usually saved in your browser’s default Downloads folder.
Saving and Managing Invoices
Invoices generated or downloaded are automatically saved in your browser’s local storage. This allows you to return later and edit previously created invoices.
From the History page, you can view past invoices, open them for editing, export all invoices, or delete invoices you no longer need.
Where Are Invoices Stored?
If you download invoices, they are stored locally in your browser. Invoice Generator does not store copies of downloaded invoices on its servers.
If you send invoices online, they are stored securely and can be accessed through the sending feature.
Clearing your browser’s local storage or cache may permanently remove locally saved invoices. It is recommended to keep backups of important invoice PDFs.
Customizing the Invoice Template
Invoice Generator allows you to save your invoice template for future use. Saved templates remember your business details, logo, currency, terms, notes, and field titles. This helps you generate invoices faster with consistent formatting.
